Chapter 9
"I'm gonna miss you so much." he told her still holding onto her like his life depended on it.
"How are we gonna see each other? 8 months is a long time for us to be apart."Ryan told her moving them
towards the couch so he could hold her.
They sat down and she leaned aginst him,while he put his arm around her.
As she leaned against him,she could feel the beating of his heart.
She snuggled up to him as close as she could get,never wanting to leave him, or this position forever.
She'd never been happier being in his arms,lost in his embrace.But then a terrible thought popped into
her mind.
"Ry,baby,you're not gonna do anything while I'm gone,are you?" she asked,a tone of fear in her voice.
Ryan had been known to do drastic things whenever he was away from Alexia.He'd tried to commit suicide
while she was in Europe to promote her 'Soul on Fire' tour with HIM.
She was gone for almost 5 months.They had never spent a day apart before her singing career started.
Sometimes he'd be able to go with her,sometimes he couldn't.It all just depended on the circumstances
which was at work.
When she came back from the tour she was on now,he was gonna propose to her.He loved her,too much to let
her go.
Ryan never answered her.
"Ry?Ryan answer me!" she said more tears coming to her eyes.
"I can't guarantee anything." he told her.
"Ryan,if anything happened to you,I don't know what I'd do.How could I live with myself?" she told him.
"Ok!I won't do anything!I just miss you so much when you're gone!I start to get all depressed and it all
goes downhill from there!" he told her crying.
"Hey Alexia?" a voice called from the doorway.
It was Raab.
"The rental car is here.You coming?" he asked her.
"Yea Raab.I'm coming.Just give me a sec." she said still holding onto Ryan.
They both stood up.
"I love you."she told him hugging him.
"I love you too." he told her kissing her on the lips.
They kissed for about 5 more minutes,then she was gone.
