Brother Helps Brother

Chapter 1
Bam
stood at the doorway more nervous than he had ever been before in his entire life. The past few months had been extremely
trying for him but no one on the outside had been able to tell.
The fans, the press, his parents, all totally oblivious
to the fact that something was wrong.
Even the guys, the guys he considered brothers, hadn't been fully aware of what
had been happening. Only one person knew what he had gone through and that person was standing beside him now.
"It's
going to be fine, Bam. Everything will be fine, I promise." Jess reassured his best friend, his brother, when he faltered.
Bam had faltered a lot during those last few months. He had started to fall and not been able to get back to his feet.
Jess was the only reason he had been able to pull through, the only reason he had survived.
"What if they
hate me for...." Bam let out a long sigh. "for everything."
Bam blinked back a few tears. The prospect of his ‘brothers',
his parents, hating him was incredibly scary for Bam.
"They won't. It'll all be fine, Bam Bam." Jess comforted.
"You
were scared to tell me but it was okay. Why wouldn't it be the same with everyone else?"
"I don't know...I just....I
just don't know what they'll say."
Bam looked so small and lost for a few seconds that Jess pulled him into a brotherly
hug.
Bam felt tears roll down his cheeks as he returned the embrace, remembering everything that had happened, remembering
when he had stood on another doorstep.
