Bet Ya Didn't see This Coming...

Chapter 7
I woke up in a cold sweat. I inhaled deeply and looked around
the room as if I had never stepped foot in here. It was all so familier, yet all so diffrent. This room had memories.
To
many memories if you ask me. A knock at the door took me by suprise. "Come in," I said softly. Bam cracked the door open and
stepped in.
"Hey," he smiled weakly, almost as if it was forced.
"Hey, whats up?" I asked. "Nothing, just when
I got home, I didn't see you right away so I figured you came up here," he said.
His eyes traced the walls of my room.
"Yeah, I guess I fell asleep. Long day you know?" he nodded his head as if he understood. He didn't though. No one
did. "Ummm the gangs down stairs, we're just gonna hang, you can come down if you want some company," he offered.
"Okay,
just let me change outta this skirt, its bugging the hell outta me," I climbed off of the bed.
He smiled at me before
slipping away. Instead of getting dressed right away, I got into the shower. After, I got changed into slightly baggy blue
jeans and a BAM tank top.
I brushed my hair out and pulled on my purple converse.
"Mommy?" Forest called from
outside of the bathroom. "Yeah honey?" I walked out of the room. His hair was a mess. I picked him up and carried him back
to his room.
"Wanna get changed and go see Bam?" I asked setting him down on his bed. He nodded his head sleepily.
I got him changed into jeans and a black T-shirt.
"Come on," I led him down stairs to the main room where Bam, Novak,
Dico, and Rake were playing pool. All of them still dressed in suits and ties. "God, this is no fun!!" Dunn threw the pool
stick at the ground.
"Yeah with out Raab and Ville this game is just...not fun," Bam agreed. I watched as all of the
guys gave up playing. "Bammy?" Forest walked over to Bam.
"Hey buddy, wanna go skateboarding?" Bam picked him up and
brought him to the back yard.
All the guys filed out, I had broughten my notebook to write a few words.
Today has been hell.
All the guys are giving up hope.
They can't even play pool now with
out thinking of
our lost ones. The
house seems so empty with out
Raaby. He was our hope and cheer.
I better go find Bam and the
guys.
Maybe they can take this horrible
day off of my mind.
