Chapter 8
Bam
sighed and looked out the window. It was about a month later. He was just coming back from Germany and dreaded it.
Not
because he knew about all the shit Jenn was saying about him though that bothered him a lot, more because didn't want to come
home to an empty house.
There was a slim chance someone would be there when he got home. Dunn had moved in with Ashley,
Raab was probably out drinking, Novak most lucky was with Dani, and Jade had decided to stay with Ape and Phil for a while.
And of course Melissa had gone back to Cali.
Bam pulled his hummer into the driveway and got out. He looked around
hoping to see Dunn's or Raab's car or Jade hummer but the driveway was vacant.
He went inside slamming the door behind
him and went up to the living room to lay down on the couch.
His cellphone rang just as he laid down. normally that
would annoy him but right now he was glad to have someone calling.
"Yo?" he said answering.
"Just so ya know
I'm not calling because of you. Jade asked me too. she's in the hospital." Jenn's tone was harsh.
"What?! Oh my lord.
Is she okay? Is the baby okay?!" Bam started to panic fumbling around in his pocket for his keys as he fled down the stairs.
But
Jenn had hung up without another word.
Fear raced threw Bam's mind as he sped to the hospital.
"Jade Margera."
He
said running up tot he front desk.
"Second floor room 212." the receptionist told him.
Bam ran up the stairs.
He saw Novak in the hallway.
"Novak!" He yelled coming up to him.
"Is she okay? is the baby okay?"
Novak
shrugged.
"It's sounds like it but i wasn't listening."
"Ah you idiot!" Bam said going into Jade's room.
"Jay?"
he asked
Jade opened her eyes.
"Bam! Your back!" Jade held her arms out to him.
Bam winced seeing the
iv stuck in her right forearm. He hugged her.
"Are you okay? How's the baby?" Bam asked her.
Jade shrugged.
"Something came up on my labs. They've been doing so many blood tests and shit. So far they either don't know or aren't
telling me. This shit they got me on is supposed to be for high blood pressure i guess."
Bam sat down on the side of
her bed and held her hand. "I'm gonna stay with you Jay-Jay."
"Good, cause Novak and Jenn couldn't get a hold of Ape
and Phil. I talked to Angel and Sami and there gonna call Jess and Kelly for me."
"It's gonna be okay, JC. I promise."
"JC?
I got you-" Jenn stopped seeing Bam in the room.
"Thanks Jenn but I'm not hungry right now." Jade said as Jenn sat
the bag on the table.
"I'll just be outside." Jenn said.
"No stay, Jenn. I don't want you to leave." Jade tried
to pull herself up.
"Jade, easy." Bam said trying to push her back down.
"No it's okay Jay. I'll just stand
over here." Jenn went next to the window.
"Relax, Jay-Jay."
Jade laid back she closed her eyes.
