Chapter 3

Jade pulled up to Dunn's girlfriend's apartment. She and Dunn where sitting on the steps smoking.

Jade got out of her hummer. "You know there are cooler ways to commit suicide!"

"JC! Hey." Ashley grinned seeing her friend.

Dunn looked up. "Yo Jay-Jay."

Jade walked up the stairs sitting down beside Ashley.

"what's wrong JC?" Dunn asked.

"Bam and Jenn broke up this morning. She went off to lord knows were and he flew to Cali." Jade broke the news.

"Cali? What the hell is he thinking?" Ashley asked.

Jade shrugged.

"Dumbass." Dunn said under his breath.

"But that's not everything that's wrong is it?" Ashley looked straight at Jade.

"Alright you caught me." Jade answered.

"What's wrong?" Dunn asked putting out his cigarette.

"I just got this call from Dico's Mom's lawyer. Um I'm being sued for custody of the baby. Apparently Dico's mom feels I'm unfit to be a mother." Jade said slowly.

"That's bullshit!" Dunn said.

"what he said." Ashley remarked.

"No what's bullshit is that i can't find a lawyer. I called Element i called Adios i even called MTV. I had to call Ville before someone actually offered to help me. And Ville is 5,000 somethin miles away."

"What did Bam say?" Ashley asked. Jade's head drooped. "You didn't tell him did you."

"Is it that obvious?' Jade sighed crossing her arms.

"Jadey..." Dunn's tone was low.

"What the hell did you just call me?"

"Jade, this is your baby we're talking about." Ashley put in.

"Well if you know a good lawyer tell me." Jade cellphone rang. "What." She said answering it.

"Jade, where the fuck is Bam?" Raab asked.

"LA i think. Why? where are you?" Jade put the cell down. "It's Raab." she said to Ashley and Dunn.

"Bar. I passed out here last night. I need a ride my car got towed."

"A'right I'm coming." Jade hung up her phone.

"I gotta go get him."

Jade got up and went back to her hummer.
